Stantt

Selling Confidence First. The Shirt Comes Second.

Stantt

Stantt makes premium men’s formalwear with a core promise no other brand in the category can match: 150 sizes, one perfect fit. Their DataFit sizing system matches each customer to the exact cut for their body.

Acquisition wasn’t the problem. High-intent traffic was landing, but fit anxiety was killing the conversion. Formalwear is a high-stakes purchase. If it doesn’t fit, the customer doesn’t come back. Nothing in the email channel was built to solve that.

Brand Alignment

Stantt’s 150 sizes isn’t a marketing line. It’s a genuine differentiator that needs explanation to land. The brand couldn’t afford to look like every other formalwear brand in the inbox: no countdown timers, no urgency tactics, no blanket discounting.Every email was designed to feel like a luxury brand touchpoint. Copy led with craftsmanship and fit expertise. Design was clean, editorial, and unhurried. The goal at every touchpoint was to make the customer feel more certain, not more pressured.

Challenges

What We Built

The entire system was built around one insight: confidence converts, coupons don’t.

The fit-first lifecycle moved every high-intent visitor toward the Fit Quiz and DataFit system before asking for the sale. Flows explained the “150 sizes” promise, showed what perfect fit looked like, and removed the core objection before it killed the conversion.

Welcome sequences led with craftsmanship and the fit guarantee. Browse abandonment followed up with style guidance and fabric education instead of urgency tactics. Cart and checkout abandonment reinforced quality and the risk-free fit promise instead of reaching for a discount code.

First-time visitors and returning customers were fully segmented. First-timers got confidence-building content: testimonials, fit guarantee reassurance, and quiz guidance. Returning customers got wardrobe-building messaging: new fabrics, seasonal refreshes, and cross-sells into pants and suiting.

Post-purchase was designed to reduce returns and increase LTV at the same time. Care instructions and styling education came first. Then wardrobe cross-sells followed at the right moment: the second shirt, a different collar, the matching pants.

Outcomes

Stantt

By guiding visitors through the right fit and size before asking for the sale, traffic-to-customer conversion increased by 23%. Fit uncertainty stopped killing conversions because it was addressed before the customer ever hesitated. Returns dropped. Customers who bought one shirt came back for the second, the third, and the matching pants, not because they were discounted into it but because the channel made the next purchase feel obvious. Email and SMS became a confidence-building system that reinforced premium positioning while driving first and repeat purchases.

Our email channel was almost dead before they stepped in. They didn’t just grow the revenue, they rebuilt the whole system. Highly Recommended!!
